 8旬義工幫切菜 缺錢缺人 人瑞中心供餐艱難

市府未將改善老人中心餐點、增加員工薪資的1000萬元撥款列入今年的新預算中，華策會人瑞中心玲表示從未接到相關撥款，而資金短缺已導致人瑞中心餐飲服務質量每下愈況，人手也嚴重不足，一度還要動用80歲的老義工每天一早幫忙切菜。

人瑞中心主任伍寶玲說，人瑞中心每年大約接受100萬元來自老人局的撥款，但遠遠不足以支應實際需求；老人局1000萬元用於改善老人中心餐點的額外撥款，在全市249家老人中心中，上財年有26家老人中心沒有收到相關撥款，人瑞中心就是其中一家。

伍寶玲說，「當時老人局給我們的理由是，經過評估認為華策會人瑞中心經費充足，運營良好，因此不需要額外撥款，這是很不公平的。」

人瑞中心顧問委員會副主席李傳禮已服務12年，他說這項撥款對人瑞中心十分重要；「許多會員認為人瑞中心提供的飯食單調，希望增加菜色，但這需要更多成本，現在人瑞中心每份餐食預算只有2.5元，每天要供應數百人份的餐食，因此只能選擇最便宜的食材，沒有財力來改善飯食質量，導致許多會員對廚房有意見。」

李傳禮還表示，即使廚房希望改善服務，但是因為資金限制造成人力嚴重不足；人瑞中心廚房目前只有四個人工作，如果有人休假或生病，根本無法維持，只能從義工中請人幫忙，之前因人手不足，一位年過八旬的義工每天早上7時就得到廚房幫忙切菜。

人手不足更讓人瑞中心的午餐時間常拖到中午12時以後，他說「如果有經費，我們就可以改善菜品和人力狀況，不要再讓80多歲的老義工辛苦了。」

伍寶玲補充說，除了廚房餐飲，人瑞中心的場地和設施也需要維護；「市府對人瑞中心的服務提出了很多期許，但又不提供足夠的經費維護服務，很多場地和設施都很破舊，卻沒有資金維修；希望老人局不要再說我們的資金充足，我們是最需要資金幫助的。」
