So you can set up your turntable in one room and listen to it in another without having to run a bunch of cables. Up to eight different pairs of speakers, headphones or other devices that utilize Bluetooth wireless technology can be stored in the AT-LP60-BT’s memory. 農曆春節剛結束，豐盛的年菜珍饈與各式高熱量零食，都是讓人「腹」債累累的幫兇。

晨光健康營養專科院長趙函穎表示，多肉、高油脂、高糖分的飲食習慣，容易快速累積腰腹的內臟脂肪，即使整體體重並未大幅增加，卻可能讓腰線一夕崩壞，造成肥肚、胖小腹的外觀困擾。

除此之外，長期處於偏食狀態的飲食壞習慣，也會讓人不自覺就大一號。例如，肉食族因吃進過多的油脂，導致腰內肉橫生；火鍋狂因熱愛喝高鈉湯，使得下半身水腫；甜食控吃太多糖分、澱粉，造成驚人掰掰袖和大屁屁。

趙函穎解釋，人體脂肪分成皮下脂肪與內臟脂肪。皮下脂肪會分布全身，造成掰掰袖、肥臀、雙下巴等；而內臟脂肪主要堆積於腹部內臟，最明顯的外觀特徵是突出的小腹，多是因不良飲食習慣導致，但也因此可透過飲食調整控制。

她進一步說明，開工後1周是「內臟減脂」的黃金關鍵期，建議調整飲食內容，減少脂肪攝取，並搭配有氧運動及正常作息，以降低內臟脂肪堆積，徹底清脂消腹，快速讓腰腹線條再現！

趙函穎指出，可利用優質蛋白質-豆漿作為飲食重點原則，再因應不同飲食偏執族群的口味喜好、不同飲食偏好各自的問題點進行營養素補償，更能提高年後減重成功率，並兼顧健康需求。

如何在開工1周就能瘦回曼妙身型？趙函穎最推薦「兩階段消脂術」，分階段將內臟脂肪、皮下脂肪各個擊退。

階段1：高纖無糖豆漿餐 有氧運動 消除內臟脂肪 減脂還「腹」債

關鍵：透過多攝取優質蛋白質的補充原則，進而減少脂肪攝取。

原理：豆漿中的植物性纖維能幫助腸道順暢，將年節期間過度進食的負擔排出體外，而大豆蛋白質則可提供營養需求與飽足感。

運動：搭配慢跑、飛輪、拳擊等有氧運動，幫助降低內臟脂肪、打擊小腹，為下階段打好基礎。

階段2：高纖無糖豆漿餐 局部重訓  增肌減脂UP 雕塑美型曲條

關鍵：大豆蛋白質可幫助肌肉合成、提高代謝速率，搭配重訓美化身材曲線。

原理：在「優質蛋白質-豆漿」的飲食對策中，加入各式「高纖」的天然食材，增加飽足感，減少高油脂、高蛋白、高糖分的過量攝取。

運動：加入局部重訓，達到增肌減脂之效，並雕塑身型曲線，揮別掰掰袖、直筒腰、胖大腿。

此外，長期處於偏食狀態的肥胖者，該如何調整減肥飲食呢？趙函穎提醒，可多多利用「順應式補償小秘訣」來幫助減重！例如，肉食族可用各種蔬果、菇類的高纖特性，補償過量攝取的脂肪與膽固醇，且口感扎實、富含蛋白質的菇類，可滿足想吃肉的慾望；火鍋狂則適合多攝取高鉀水果、含碘食材，透過礦物質幫助鹽分代謝，還可補償對重鹹口味的需求；甜食控不妨利用全榖類、根莖類食材等非精緻澱粉微甜特性，補償對於糖分和精緻澱粉的過量攝取，同時搭配低脂蛋白質的補充，滿足對於飽足感的渴望。
